The fee payment deadline
We would like to inform that the Web of Science review process is still pending due to holiday time. Therefore, please do not worry. Your articles were accepted for Workshop and we warmly hope that we will see you in Lodz.

 


Charges

 

The conference fee - €150 or 650zł

Accompanying person - €40 or 170zł

 

The fee covers the conference proceedings, submission of one paper, welcome party, conference dinner (banquet) and Lodz City Trip.
 
The fee for the accompanying person only includes welcome party, conference dinner (banquet) and Lodz City Trip.
 
This fee, however, does not include the accommodation; each participant is expected to pay for his or her bed individually.
The conference organizers have reserved an ample number of rooms in a nearby hotel, where the accommodation is to be offered at discounted prices.
The accommodation cost will likely not exceed:

 

 €30,00  1-bed room/per night
 €40,00  2-bed room/per night

Be sure to entitle the wire transfer with name of the conference (IIPhDW 2017) as well as full name of the participant concerned.

 
We issue a VAT invoice within 7 days from payment’s receipt.

For the authors

 
UPDATE!!!! (18.01.2017) - The conference proceedings containing full papers (ISBN 978-83-7283-858-2) are available here
 
Authors of the best papers will be invited to prepare the extended versions and encouraged to submit them, as regular papers, to either
  • COMPEL (International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in  Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 15 points of MNiSW),
  • Radioengineering (20 points of MNiSW),
 based on the paper's topic, where the manuscripts will undergo normal reviewing process.

 

Submissions guidelines

Papers should be uploaded using OpenConf system. Please register first using the registration form.
The paper (4 - 6 pages) should follow exactly the form outlined in the MS Word template or LaTeX template.
Each author is expected to emphasize the main points and novel features of his or her work, including the results.
Papers may be submitted in the DOCX and PDF or LaTeX source, all graphic files and PDF formats (packed into a single ZIP file).

 

Working language

 
The working language of the workshop is English, which will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.
